I can honestly say I have only been a serious poetry reader for about three years now. Before then, I could never really get into it, nor did I understand the point. Mind you, I never gave poetry a fair chance for me to understand it. Luckily, that did change.
I launched this website, Preserve Your Words, back in August of 2018 and it has dawned on me that I have never explained the meaning behind the name. So, that is exactly what I am going to do in this blog post.
I have wanted to start a YouTube channel discussing all things book related, a booktube channel if you will, for quite some time now. However, I could never decide what I wanted my first video to be. But alas, I have finally filmed my first booktube video.

I love reading (shocker) but sometimes I hate reading. Okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration but there are definitely times when the last thing I want to do is crack open a book and read a chapter.
