My August 2019 Reading Recap
Although there are still a few days left of August 2019 (I’m holding onto summer with everything I have), I’ve already started to reminisce on all the books I have read this past month.
I’m a fairly slow reader, so often when a month ends I find I never finish as many books as I would have liked to. However, for some reason (largely a result of the vacation I took at the beginning of the month) in August I managed to finish three books and am almost done my fourth!
Here are the books that I read in August 2019.
- You by Caroline Kepnes (this was on my summer 2019 reading list) – and yes, I am now watching the Netflix show
- Supermarket by Bobby Hall (this was on my summer 2019 reading list)
- Tweak by Nic Sheff (this was not on my summer reading list)
I am currently reading Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli, which was on my summer 2019 reading list. Will I finish it before the summer’s end? Stay tuned for my summer reading recap post at the end of September to find out! Spoiler alert, I only have three more books to finish.
What books have you read recently?
